SUsense is a web application for online sensory evaluation and analysis. There are 3 main functions: Evaluation form builder, Questionnaire conclusion system and Sensory analysis system.

SUsense has the evaluation form that contains:
 - Pre-evaluation questionnaire form
 - Sensory evaluation form
 - Post-evaluation questionnaire form
SUsense has the evaluation form that contains: Pre-evaluation questionnaire form, Sensory evaluation form and Post-evaluation questionnaire form.
SUsense can create questionnaire forms based on your need.
There are various types of questionnaires for you to select1.
1. Description type is used to display information or instructions to be put in the questionnaires.
2. Text Entry type is a questionair with blank space for answering question. The respondents can answer the questions by filling in words or sentences in the blank space. The questions can be set by the administrator.
3. Select-one type is a questionnaire with multiple answers to choose from. The respondents can choose only one answer from the list of the answers. The question and answer choices can be set by the administrator.
4. Select-Many type is also a questionnaire with multiple answers to choose from. The respondents can choose one or more answers from the list of answer choices. The question and answer choices can be set by the administrator.

Furthermore, you can add additional conditions in the questionnaire, namely display mode of question (continue from previous question or starting new), mandatory question, disable answer editing, adding a blank field to the answer choice 2 and skipping question3.

The pre-evaluation questionnaire of SUsense is used to collect the information from the respondents before beginning the sensory evaluation. This information can be used as criteria for setting up appropriate groups of respondents such as gender, education level and revenue in order to filter the results of the questionnaire and sensory evaluation.

Besides, the testing formats of the sensory evaluation form can be designed by changing the display order of samples, sample attributes and evaluation types5. SUsense is able to generate the set of the evaluation form that contains the testing code, sample codes (3 digit-number) and serving orders. SUsense also allows you to export the testing code, sample codes and serving orders as Excel and TXT files which can be used for the sample preparation. In addition, Susense can set the start and end dates of the evaluation and also has the preview function to preview your evaluation form.

The analysis results are clearly presented in tabular form and are also transformed into an easy-to-understand graphical format. Besides, you are able to change the multiple comparison method7 based on your desire. The analysis results can be filtered by using the questions of the pre-evaluation questionnaire. After filtering, the results are re-analyzed based on the existing data. Likewise, SUsense also allows you to export the analysis results as Excel and TXT files.
