WEBSITE
SUBMITech is able to be a website to advertise your conference and also able to add the additional web pages to show more information relating to your conference.
SUBMITech has the function to add the additional menu that link to the new web page. Moreover, you are able to edit the menu title and the data on the web page the way you wish.

REGISTER & LOGIN
SUBMITech has registration and login system on the web page of conference. Furthermore, SUBMITech has the email automation1. For instance, the registration confirmation email will be automatically sent to the registrant when the registration is completed. Besides, the registration system has choices for different registrant types on the registration page. The registrant types can be added and edited by the administrator. The registration fee can be set based on specific registrant type.
The registration and login system of SUBMITech have designed and created to automatically adjust for different screen sizes and viewports (Responsive Web Design). Therefore, they can operate on any devices from desktop computer to mobile phone.

PAPER SUBMISSION SYSTEM
SUBMITech has a paper submission page for the logged in user. It contains the paper submission system and the chat box for direct communication between the registrant and the administrator. The type of submission can be classified by the type of presentation (e.g., poster or oral presentations), scope of work and type of publication2. Additionally, SUBMITech has a payment page that shows the payment information and payment status of the registrant. The payment page also has a payment file uploading system which allows the registrant to upload the proof of payment. It is linked to the administrator who is able to approve the payment. Besides, SUBMITech also supports a payment gateway3.

PAPER MANAGEMENT SYSTEM
is a main system of SUBMITech.
SUBMITech can assign the administrator for each scope of work to manage the submitted papers. This administrator has privilege to assign the reviewers to the submitted papers. For the reviewers, all of the review process is carried out via SUBMITech. The evaluation form is used to evaluate in the review process. Moreover, the evaluation form can be set and edited to your desire4.

Get notifications from LINE Notify
Never miss an update
The administrator will get notifications from LINE Notify's official account5 for registration step, submission step, reviewer's submission step as well as uploading the proof of payment step.
1. SUBMITech email automation does not support some email domains.
2. The type of presentation, scope of work and type of publication can be edited by the customer.
3. SUBMITech may not support some payment gateways.
4. The format and content of evaluation form can be modified based on the format of SUBMITech.
5. SUBMITech has to connect with LINE Notify.
